Apologies & Assistance

I am establishing this website to document to family, friends and other interested persons some of the details about my Father, Lars Bernt Hagen Sr., Chief Engineer for the James McWilliams Blue Line Co. of NY and about some of the Blue Line tugboats that I remember.

I have developed this web site from many sources that I can no longer specifically identify and credit because of:
a cloudy memory, family documents and pictures and material from websites that I did not properly record at the time (a lesson for all who are doing even the most modest research).

My personal experiences on the Seneca and Saratoga were 50 years ago when I was young and easily distracted and unfortunately I took only a few pictures and didn't keep any form of notes.

I apologize if I have trespassed upon anyone's personal property.
Please send me an Email at :  LBHagen@Gmail.com and I will immediately comply with your wishes.

I would appreciate any assistance or input from others to correct faulty information and to obtain additional information, pictures, stories, references or web links.

My web site is personal with no money making or referrals or advertising.

I am a retired engineer enjoying the fourth quarter of my game with my wife Janis at beautiful
Smith Mountain Lake in southwest Virginia.

I am hopeful and optimistic that visitors to this site will enjoy the experience and send the link to others interested
in Tugboats and specifically those of James McWilliams Blue Line of NY.
